Reporting a problem

To help us reproduce an issue, please include:

Which tool (soap band, jewelry card or gift box) and the measurements you entered, including units.
Paper size, orientation, margin and quantity, and whether you downloaded the standard PDF, the custom-size PDF or an SVG.
What you expected and what happened. For print-scale problems, what the 50 mm ruler measured.
Your browser and device. Screenshots or a photo of the printed sheet help.

Designs are never sent to us automatically, so please include the numbers in your message if they matter.

Requests for new constructions, card shapes or features are welcome. The current release deliberately covers three templates well before adding more.
